Shipping policy

Local Delivery

We provide free next day delivery (even on Saturday) if your property is located within a 5-mile radius from our warehouse. There is no minimum order cost. However, to ensure guaranteed delivery, we must have your order by 4:00pm the previous working day. For your convenience, we can also deliver free on Sunday if your order is over £300.00.

Delivery to London and surrounding counties

We provide delivery (even on Saturday) to London and surrounding counties. There is no minimum order cost. Delivery is calculated during checkout and is based on your post code.

UK Nationwide Delivery

We do not deliver outside of the M25 area unless your order is over a certain amount. If your property is outside of this area and you require delivery, please contact us to discuss delivery charges, before placing an order online.

International Delivery

We do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once an order is placed we will email you to tell you we have received it, you will then receive a further email when your order is ready for delivery. We aim to deliver your items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your delivery, please email us and we will provide you with your delivery date/time slot.

Dispatch Times

Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay. We do not dispatch or deliver on UK or Scottish bank holidays.
